Quandt Places Third At Pete Willson Invitational


WHEATON, Ill. (January 229, 2022) - Collin Quandt finished in third place at the Pete Willson Invitational in Wheaton, Illinois. After a 3-1 record on the first day, Quandt went a perfect 3-0 on the second day to earn third place. 

In the first match of the day, Quant used a 5-3 decision over an opponent from Ozarks University to advance to the next round. The consolation semifinals saw Quandt dominate his opponent from Messiah College. Quandt won the match with a pin in 1:18. A medical forfeit in the next round secured Quandt's third-place finish.

Quandt was NWU's only wrestler to advance to day two of the event. Below are Quandt's results for each round of the 2022 Pete Willson Invitational.
