Beloit Bests Prairie Wolves


BELOIT, Wisc. (September 17, 2021) - Nebraska Wesleyan women's soccer fell on the road to Beloit College, 2-0, in Beloit, Wisconsin.

The Bucaneers netted their first goal in the 13th minute then struck again with a late goal in the 90th minute. NWU pressured Beloit in the first half with five shots but couldn't get one into goal. The Prairie Wolves finished with three shots on goal to BC's four shots on goal.

Olivia Munroe led Nebraska Wesleyan with three shots, including two shots on goal. Lauren Keith recorded a shot with Hannah Holles adding another shot. Leslie Borges tallied two saves in net for the Prairie Wolves.
