DUBUQUE, Iowa (November 13, 2021) - The Nebraska Wesleyan wrestling team had a strong showing at the University of Dubuque Invitational in Dubuque, Iowa. NWU had six wrestlers place first or second in their bracket at the event. 

Christian Keller led the Prairie Wolves with a first place finish at 141 lbs. Keller won the silver bracket behind two pins, highlighted by a round two pin in 1:20, and a tech fall. Isaiah Graves, Eron Haynes, Brian Williams, Nathan Rowden, and Brody Dickinson all were runner-ups in their weight classes. 

Graves earned a pin in 1:20 to finish second in the gold bracket at 125 lbs. Nationally-ranked Haynes picked up a pin and a 4-2 decision before a medical forfeit kept him from winning the gold bracket at 133 lbs. Williams picked up a major decision then a pin to take second at 141 lbs in the gold bracket. Rowden scored a pin and a 7-0 decision for the runner-up spot at 141 lbs. Dickinson registered pins in the quarterfinal and semifinal matches in the 165 lbs silver bracket.
