LINCOLN, Neb. – It is a big weekend for the Nebraska Wesleyan University volleyball team as they prepare to host the two-day P-Wolf Volleyball Invitational at Snyder Arena. Six NCAA III schools are set to participate in the invitational that runs Friday evening (Sept. 8) and Saturday morning (Sept. 9).
Two courts will be used inside Snyder Arena for the 11 matches. Action is set to get underway on Friday at 3:30 pm with University of Wisconsin-Platteville taking on Westminster College. Nebraska Wesleyan plays their first match on Friday at 5:30 facing UW-Platteville.
Entering the invitational, UW-Platteville is the only undefeated team as they enter the weekend with a perfect 5-0 record. Nebraska Wesleyan got their season off to a 3-1 start at the Kean Invitational in New Jersey.
Other schools taking part in the invitational include Buena Vista University (1-3), Simpson College (2-2), Westminster (2-3) and Willamette University (1-3).
NWU will face fellow Iowa Conference member Simpson College on Saturday, but it will count as a non conference match.

Live video streaming is available for all 11 matches, and results will be updated on the tournament web page.
