Nebraska Wesleyan will face Briar Cliff University this Saturday night (Sept. 20) as the Prairie Wolves football teams looks to get on the winning track against the Chargers.  NWU and BCU will kickoff at 7:30 pm at the Dakota Dome in Vermillion, S.D.

Both Nebraska Wesleyan and Briar Cliff enter the game aiming to get their first victory of the 2014 season.  The Prairie Wolves and Chargers both faced nationally-ranked opponents in the first two games and will be fighting this Saturday to avoid starting the year 0-3.

NWU (0-2, 0-1 GPAC) is ready to bounce back after last week's loss to No. 3 Morningside College in the home opener.  The Prairie Wolves two losses on the year have been to teams that are both currently ranked in the top four of the NAIA. 

Briar Cliff (0-2, 0-1 GPAC) is in year two of playing all their home games at the Dakota Dome in Vermillion on the campus of the University of South Dakota. This will be the second time the Prairie Wolves will be playing a game in the Dakota Dome.  NWU faced University of Sioux Falls in the Dakota Dome to open the 2004 season.
