Dylan Buschow was named Nebraska Wesleyan's head wrestling coach in July of 2026.
Prior to Nebraska Wesleyan, Buschow coached at Southwest Minnesota State University from 2021-2026.
During his time at SMSU, Buschow worked closely with all facets of the Mustang wrestling program, including helping Caden Steffen earn his second NCAA Division II All-America honor. Buschow also mentored 18 NWCA Scholar All-Americans in his five seasons in Marshall.
Buschow also served as vice president and co-founder for the Mustang Wrestling Club from 2022-26, helping lead its athletes to state championships, national competition and All-American honors.
Buschow began his collegiate wrestling career at Northeastern Junior College in Sterling, Colorado, before transferring to Midland University in Fremont, Nebraska, where he finished his wrestling career.
Buschow earned his bachelor's degree from Midland in 2020 and his master's degree in education with an emphasis sports leadership from Southwest Minnesota State University in 2023.
Dylan and his wife, Caitlyn, reside in the Lincoln area.
