2024-25: Played in all 27 games...totaled 144 points, averaging 5.3 per game... totaled 88 rebounds averaging 3.3 per game... totaled 15 assists... had a season high of 17 points amd 7 field goals made against Northwestern-St. Paul (Nov.29th).
PRIOR TO NEBRASKA WESLEYAN:
Spent two seasons at Benedictine University, where he appeared in 50 games, starting 27 of them. During his time with the Eagles, Howard totaled 350 points, 241 rebounds, and 35 assists. He averaged 7.0 points and 4.8 rebounds per game over his collegiate career, with a breakout sophomore season in 2023-24. That year, he averaged 11.1 points and 7.5 rebounds per game while shooting 45.1 percent from the field. Howard also tallied 27 steals and 11 blocks as a key contributor on both ends of the court. He recorded a career-high 21-point performance against MSOE.
HIGH SCHOOL:
Played prep basketball at Saint Thomas Aquinas High School in Lenexa, Kan. During his high school career, he was known for his rebounding presence and versatility on the floor, earning recognition as one of the top forwards in the Kansas City area.
