2019: Picked up a third varsity letter competing in distance races for the Prairie Wolves … ran at four indoor meets and three during outdoor season … highest finish was fourth in the 5,000 at the Prairie Wolf Indoor Invite … ran the 3,000 and 10,000 outdoors.  

2018: Earned her second varsity letter in track & field … competed in the 10,000 meters at the Iowa Conference outdoor championships and finished 13^th … ran in seven total track meets throughout the year … top placing was 3^rd place in the 5,000 at the Concordia Indoor Classic … was 4^th in the 3,000 at Prairie Wolf Indoor Invite in personal best time of 11:20.60 … named to IIAC All-Academic team. 

2017: Competed in the distance events to earn a varsity letter in track & field … ran the 10,000 meters at the IIAC Outdoor Championships and placed 13^th overall … finished 4^th in the 5,000 meters at both the Jim Dutcher Memorial Classic and Prairie Wolf Invite …ran three different distance races during indoor season … had a season-best performance of 11:21.22 in the 3,000 at the Darren Young Classic. 

Academic: Psychology major.  

In High School: Competed in track & field and cross country at Hickman HS in Missouri … was a qualifier for Missouri State Cross Country Championships … twice ran at cross country sectionals … voted a team captain.  

Personal: Born 2/3/98, daughter of Shelli Thelen … also a member of NWU women’s cross country team.
