Biography
2018: A four-time All-Conference performer as a junior … earned USTFCCCA All-Central Region honors in the 4x100 … at Iowa Conference Outdoor Championships picked up three All-IIAC honors … ran on 4x100 relay team that was IIAC runner-up … finished 3rd in the long jump and javelin … also competed in the 100 at outdoor championships and finished 8th … during indoor season was 3rd in the long jump at IIAC Indoor Championships … ran personal best time of 7.98 in 60 at IIAC Indoor meet … placed 8th overall in the 60 meters … won the long jump, javelin and 4x100 at Central-Simpson Triangular … selected to USTFCCCA All-Academic team … also on IIAC All-Academic team.
2017: Was the IIAC Runner-up in javelin at the Iowa Conference Outdoor Championships … had a toss of 120-4 to finish second and move to 7th on the all-time charts … competed in three different events at IIAC outdoor meet … ran on 4x100 relay team that placed 5th to score team points … finished 9th in the long jump … at the IIAC Indoor Championships competed in the 55 meters and the 200 meters … set new career bests in every one of her events … named to IIAC All-Academic team.
2016: Earned her first letter in track & field by competing during the outdoor portion of the schedule … took part in the 200 meters and the javelin … qualified for the GPAC Outdoor Championships in the javelin … placed 22nd in the event … took part in six different meets throughout the year.
Academic: Health & Fitness Studies major.
In High School: A four-year letterwinner in track & field at Scribner-Snyder HS … a two-time All-State performer in track & field … Class D State Runner-up in the long jump as a senior in 2015 … placed 7th in the 100 meter dash in 2014 … earned 12 varsity letters in high school, earning four in basketball and four in volleyball … an honorable mention All-State selection in volleyball … also an All-Area pick for volleyball … earned Academic All-State in all three sports … member of National Honor Society.
