2019: Picked up another varsity letter in track & field as a distance runner … competed in the 10,000 at the American Rivers Conference outdoor meet placing 10^th … opened the outdoor season by winning the 10,000 at the Concordia Invite … placed 2^nd in the 5000 at the Prairie Wolf Invite and NWU-Doane dual … during indoor season was 3^rd in the 5000 at the Prairie Wolf Invite and Darren Young Invite … named to American Rivers All-Academic team.  

2018: Earned her first varsity letter in track & field as a freshman … competed at the Iowa Conference Outdoor Championships in the 10,000 meters … placed 10^th in the event with a season best time of 41:44.37 … was 3^rd in the 5,000 outdoors in the NWU-Doane Dual … finished 2^nd in the 1,000 at the Prairie Wolf Indoor Invite in personal best time of 3:20.89. 

Academic:Biology major.  

In High School: A two-time qualifier for the Nebraska State track meet … competed in the 3200 meter relay as a senior at Lexington HS … a four-year letterwinner in track … a two-time state qualifier in cross country … four-year letterwinner in cross country … also participated in basketball and powerlifting.  

Personal: Born 1/16/99, daughter of Bruce and Christy Treffer … also a member of NWU women’s cross country team.
