2018: Won two NCAA III National Championships and four more All-American awards during a terrific junior season … was anchor leg of outdoor 4x400 relay team pulling the Prairie Wolves ahead in dramatic fashion for 5th straight title … ran second leg during indoor national title race … placed 4th in the 400 at NCAA III Indoor Championships and was 5th at NCAA III Outdoor Championships … named the USTFCCCA Central Region Indoor Track Athlete of the Year … a 1st-Team CoSIDA Academic All-American … won IIAC Indoor Championship in the 400 and 4x200 … finished 3rd in 200 to earn three All-IIAC honors indoors … at IIAC Outdoor meet ran on 1st place 4x400 relay team and was 2nd in 400 … picked up five total All-Conference awards … won four All-Central Region awards for 400 and 4x400 both indoors and outdoors … twice was IIAC Indoor Track Athlete of the Week individually and another time with relay team … IIAC Female Athlete of Week on Feb. 11 … added another IIAC Athlete of Week honor outdoors with the relay team … time of 1:34.43 in the 600 at Concordia Indoor Classic set a new school record … ran on 4x200 relay team at Drake Relays at that ran 1:40.40 to set a school record … in finals of NCAA III Outdoor Championships ran 54.94 in 400 to rank 3rd on all-time charts … selected to both USTFCCCA All-Academic and IIAC All-Academic teams.
2017: Ran on two more NCAA III National Championship 4x400 relay teams … part of indoor 4x400 team that set a new school record at NCAA Indoor Championships … then ran third leg of 4x400 relay team that won second straight NCAA III Outdoor Championship … placed 6th in the 400 meters at DIII Outdoors to earn another All-American honor … was a 3rd-Team CoSIDA Academic All-American … won IIAC titles in both the 4x200 and 4x400 relays at Indoor meet … IIAC runner-up in the 400 at Indoor Championships … also the IIAC runner-up at Iowa Conference Outdoor Championships in the 400 … ran on winning 4x400 relay team to give her five total All-IIAC awards as a sophomore … named USTFCCCA All-Central Region in the 400 and 4x400 for both indoor and outdoor seasons … improved her indoor times in the 400 and 600 to rank 3rd all-time in both events … her time of 55.13 at NCAA III Outdoor nationals ranks 3rd all-time at NWU in the 400 … selected 1st-team CoSIDA Academic All-District VII … named to USTFCCCA All-Academic team … also on the IIAC All-Academic team.
2016: In her first season became a NCAA National Champion running on the 4x400 relay team that won the DIII national title running the fourth fastest time in DIII history … qualified for three events at the NCAA III Outdoor Championships … placed 12th on the 4x100 relay and 17th in the 400 … was the GPAC Champion in the 400 as a freshman with season-best time of 55.33 to rank 2nd all-time … also GPAC champion in 4x400 and runner-up in 4x100 … ran preliminaries of 4x400 relay at NCAA III Indoor meet that had fourth fastest time … competed at Drake relays placing 2nd in 4x400 relay … placed 5th in the 400 at the Kansas Relays … also qualified for GPAC Indoor Championships in the 600 and placed 9th … a USTFCCCA All-Academic selection.
Academic: Exercise Science major.
In High School: Joined her sister Elizabeth and NWU teammate Anna Frazier to win two All-Class gold medals in the 4x400 relay at Millard North … a nine-time All-State performer in track & field for the Mustangs … won the Class A State title in the 4x400 relay twice … state runner-up in 4x400 as a sophomore and placed fourth as a freshman … individual state runner-up in the 400 as a senior in 2015 and placed third in 2014 … earned All-State honors on 4x100 relay teams … ran personal best time of 26.25 in 200 and 57.32 in 400 … Academic All-State selection … named to Metro Conference All-Academic team and metro scholar athlete honor roll.
Personal: Born 7/17/96, daughter of Jeff and Diane Jones … twin sister Elizabeth is also a member of NWU track & field team.
