2019: Picked up her third letter in track & field as a distance runner … set personal best times in the Mile and 3,000 during indoor season … finished 4^th in the 3,000 at the Darren Young Indoor Invite and Prairie Wolf Indoor Invite … competed in three outdoor meets … named to American Rivers Conference All-Academic team.  

2018: Earned her second varsity letter in track as a sophomore … at Iowa Conference Outdoor Championships placed 10^th in the 800 … ran a personal best time of 2:27.73 in the event … was 3^rd in the 800 at Central-Simpson triangular … took part in six different meets during indoor season … set personal best times in three of four distance races indoors … named to IIAC All-Academic team. 

2017: Competed in two events at the IIAC Outdoor Championships … ran on 4x800 relay team that finished 5^th overall to score team points … also ran the 1,500 meters and placed 19^th … her season best time in the 1,500 came at the Prairie Wolf Invite … finished fourth in the 1,500 at the NWU-Doane dual … competed in three different events during the indoor season.  

Academic: Exercise Science major. 

 In High School: Varsity letterwinner in track & field at Elkhorn South HS … competed in the 800 and 1,600 in track & field … also lettered four years in cross country … key part of 2015 Class B State Cross Country Championship team … placed 13^th as a senior at state … best finish was 12^th as a junior in 2014 … named All-State and All-Conference in cross country … member of National Honor Society.
