2019: Became an NCAA III All-American in track & field as a junior … placed 5^th at the NCAA III Outdoor Championships in the steeplechase … a USTFCCCA All-Central Region performer in the steeplechase outdoors and 5,000 meters indoors … American Rivers Conference champion in the steeplechase … earned two All-Conference honors as a junior … placed 3^rd in the 5,000 at the A-R-C Outdoor championships … one spot away from All-Conference honors in three indoor events .. finished 4^th in the Mile, 3,000 and 5,000 at the conference indoor meet … won the 3,000 at the Prairie Wolf Indoor Invite … ran the steeplechase at the Drake Relays placing 10^th … also was on DMR relay team at Drake that ran 3^rd fastest time in school history … during outdoor season was the winner of the 5000 at the Concordia Invite …  entered the all-time charts in both the 5,000 and 3,000 during indoor season … selected to USTFCCCA All-Academic team … also an American Rivers Conference All-Academic team selection.  

2018: National Qualifier in the 3,000 steeplechase at NCAA III Outdoor Championships … qualified for finals and placed 11^th overall in her first nationals appearance … set school record with time of 10:44.37 in preliminaries … Conference Champion in the steeplechase at IIAC Outdoor Championships … finished 4^th in the 5,000 at IIAC outdoor meet in time of 17:33.74 to rank 5^th all-time … earned All-Conference indoors with a 3^rd place finish in the 5,000 running 17:51.43 to move to 6^th on all-time charts … named USTFCCCA All Central Region for indoor 5,000 and outdoor steeplechase … competed in the steeplechase at Drake Relays and was 13^th … won the steeplechase at Central-Simpson Triangular … winner of 5,000 at NWU-Doane dual … was 5,000 individual winner at the Prairie Wolf Indoor Invite … selected to USTFCCCA All-Academic and IIAC All-Academic teams. 

2017: Was the conference runner-up in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the IIAC Outdoor Championships … named USTFCCCA All-Central Region in the steeplechase … ran a season-best time of 11:05.88 at the Augustana Twilight Qualifier to rank 4^th on the all-time charts … won the 3,000 at the Prairie Wolf Outdoor Invite … ran 10:46.14 in the 3,000 at Nebraska Invitational for 10^th all-time … was on two different relay teams that placed 5^th at the IIAC Indoor Championships … part of 4x800 relay team that ran 4^th best time in school history … also ran on DMR relay team that was 5^th at Iowa Conference Indoor meet … named to USTFCCA All-Academic Team. 

Academic: Biology major.  

In High School: Earned four letters in track & field and cross country at Lincoln Pius X HS … placed 5^th in the 4x800 relay as senior at Nebraska State Track Meet … also a state qualifier in the 1,600 … placed in the top ten at Nebraska State Cross Country Championships all four years … was 3^rd at Class A State Meet in 2012 helping team to Runner-up finish … part of back-to-back Class B State Championship teams in 2013 and 2014 finishing 6^th and 8^th individually … was 8^th at Class A State meet as a senior … a Super State and All-State selection in cross country … an Academic All-State selection … member of National Honor Society.
