2019: Added another All-Conference honor during her junior season … ran on Distance Medley relay team that placed 2^nd at the American Rivers Indoor Championships … named to USTFCCCA All-Central Region team in the event … competed in the 400 meters at the A-R-C Outdoor meet and finished 9^th … finished 2^nd in the 400 at the Polar Dog Indoor Invite and Central/Simpson Outdoor Tri-Meet … part of Sprint Medley relay that competed at Drake Relays running second fastest time in school history … selected to USTFCCCA All-Academic team.  

2018: Earned three All-Conference honors as a sophomore … ran on IIAC Championship 4x400 relay team at Iowa Conference Outdoor meet … at Iowa Conference Indoor meet was on IIAC runner-up 4x400 relay team and Distance Medley relay team that was 3^rd … competed individually in the 100 at IIAC outdoor meet and finished 19^th … part of 4x100 relay team that won the Nebraska Invite, Central-Simpson Triangular and Concordia Outdoor Invite … 4x400 relay time at IIAC Outdoor Championships ranks 7^th on the all-time charts … placed 4^th in the 400 at Prairie Wolf Outdoor Invitational. 

2017: Part of 4x400 relay team that won the IIAC title at the Iowa Conference indoor championships … time of 3:53.23 in the event ranks 5^th on the all-time charts … also ran on the DM relay team that placed 5^th at the IIAC Indoor championships … at IIAC Outdoor meet was on 4x100 relay team that took 5^th … competed in the 400 meters at IIAC outdoor championships placing 13^th … was on the DMR team that won the Concordia Indoor Classic … member of 4x400 relay team that was second at Darren Young Classic. 

Academic: Environmental studies major.  

In High School: Four-year qualifier for Nebraska State Track Meet … earned three state medals for Omaha Christian Academy … placed 4^th in the 400 and 6^th in the 200 at the Class D State Track Meet as a senior … was 7^th in the 400 at the Class C State Track meet in 2015 … qualified for state in the 200 meters all four years … had career best times of 26.3 in the 200 and 60.2 in the 400 … also participated in volleyball and basketball … member of National Honor Society.  Personal: Born 5/14/98, daughter of Rendell and Lena Gines.
