Biography
2022: Finished her career earning 14 All-Conference awards with the Prairie Wolves... picked up three All-Conference awards during her fifth season at NWU... a part of the American Rivers Conference champion 4x800 meter relay team in both indoor and outdoor seasons... also a part of the distance medley relay team that placed third at the American Rivers Indoor Championships... ran a season best time in the steeplechase at the Concordia Invite (12:33.01)... ran in six indoor meets on the season.
2021: Earned an All-American honor as a senior with the Prairie Wolves... a member of the eighth place 4x400 meter relay team that finished eighth at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships... Earned three All-Conference awards on the season... a part of the American Rivers Conference champion 4x400 and 4x800 meter relay teams at the outdoor championships and a part of the winning 4x800 meter relay team at the indoor championships... a part of the 4x400 meter relay team that placed fourth and the distance medley relay team that placed fifth at the Division III Elite Indoor Championships... logged a PR at the American Rivers Conference Outdoor Championships in the 400 meter run (58.86)... placed first at the Wartburg Indoor Invitational with a season best 800m time of 2:17.69.
2020: Earned two All-Conference awards during the indoor season for the Prairie Wolves... a part of the American Rivers Conference champion distance medley relay team and a part of the runner-up 4x800 relay team at the indoor championships... notched a PR in the 600m at the Nebraska Tune-Up (1:37.83)... turned in a time of 2:21.48 in the 800m to win the event at the Darren Young Classic... 2020 Outdoor season was not contested due to the Covid-19 Global Health Pandemic.
2019: Earned three All-Conference awards as a sophomore for the Prairie Wolves … a part of American Rivers Conference champion 4x800 relay team at the indoor championships … finished 3rd in the 800 at the A-R-C indoor meet to earn another All-Conference honor … final All-Conference recognition was at outdoor championships placing 3rd in the 4x800 relay … set school record in the 4x800 both indoors and outdoors … ran personal best of 2:16.65 in the 800 to place 4th at conference outdoor meet … time ranks 3rd on NWU all-time charts … was on winning DMR relay team and won the 800 at Darren Young Indoor Invite … also won the 800 indoors at Polar Dog Invite and Prairie Wolf Invite … competed in two relay events at the Drake Relays .. now appears on the all-time charts in eight events … selected to USTFCCCA All-Academic team.
2018: A three-time All-Conference honoree as part of relay teams in her first season of track & field … was conference runner-up in the 4x800 relay at IIAC Indoor Championship … placed 3rd in the Distance Medley relay at IIAC indoor meet … came back to finish 3rd in the 4x800 at IIAC outdoor championships … time of 9:40.15 ran at IIAC outdoor meet is second fastest in school history … indoor 4x800 time at IIAC meet was 3rd in school history … ran the 800 in 2:20.78 at Nebraska Indoor Tune-up … placed 3rd in the 1,000 at Graduate Classic running 3:08.20 to also rank 10th in school history … competed in three events at IIAC Outdoor meet also finishing 10th in the 800 besides the relays.
Academic: Exercise Science major.
In High School: Member of 2017 Class A State Championship track team at Millard West HS … competed three years at the state track meet … ran on state runner-up 4x800 relay team as a senior … also qualified in the 800 meters … earned three letters in track & field … ran on Class A State Cross Country Championship team … part of two State runner-up State Cross Country team finishes … team captain for both cross country and track & field … also participated in swimming.
Personal: Born 4/20/99, daughter of Rod and Stefanie Larsen … mother Stefanie played basketball at Nebraska Wesleyan … also a member of NWU women’s cross country team.
