2019: A member of NCAA III National Championship 4x400 relay teams during the indoor and outdoor season … now part of four straight national championship relay teams … added three All-American awards during her sophomore season … ran third leg of national championship 4x400 relay team and was anchor of 4x100 relay team that placed 7^th at NCAA III Outdoor championships … qualified for nationals in the 200 … placed 19^th indoors and 14^th outdoors … earned seven All-Conference honors winning three conference championships … conference champ in 4x200 and 4x400 indoors and 4x400 outdoors … placed 3^rd in 100, 200 and 4x100 outdoors … was 3^rd in the 200 indoors … named USTFCCCA All-Central Region honors in four events outdoors and two events indoors … set the NWU school record running 24.43 in the 200 at the Nebraska outdoor invitational … season-best time of 12.18 in the 100 at the A-R-C championships puts her 2^ndall-time at NWU … time of 47.17 in the 4x100 in preliminaries at NCAA Championships also set a new school record … earned A-R-C Indoor Track Athlete of the Week on Feb. 11 … also won Athlete of the Week honors outdoors on April 22 … voted CoSIDA Academic All-District … selected to USTFCCCA All-Academic team … also named to American Rivers All-Academic team.  

2018: Had a fantastic first season winning two NCAA III National Championships as a member of the 4x400 relay … a two-time All-American and also a national qualifier for indoor 200 meters … earned six All-Conference awards as a freshman … ran the 3^rd leg of national championship 4x400 relay team … a USTFCCCA All-Central Region selection in 200 and 4x400 indoors … All-Central Region in 100, 200, 4x100 and 4x400 outdoors for a total of six awards … IIAC Champion in the 4x200 at Indoor Championships … conference runner-up in the 200 and 4x400 at IIAC Indoor meet … at IIAC outdoor championships was runner-up in 100 and 4x100 … finished 3^rd at IIAC outdoor meet in 200 … IIAC Track Athlete of the Week on April 15 individually  and twice won the award as part of 4x400 relay team … indoor 200 time of 25.56 at Wartburg Qualifier is 2^nd in school history … part of 4x200 relay team that set a NWU school record … at IIAC outdoor meet ran 12.35 in the 100 to rank 10^th all-time and her 24.99 time in 200 is 5^th best … selected to USTFCCCA All-Academic team. 

Academic: Exercise science major.  

In High School: All-Class Gold medal winner in the 200 meters as a senior at the Nebraska State Track Meet … also was the Class A State Champion in the 400 meters … won 12 total state medals … finished as state runner-up in the 400 as a junior in 2016 … finished 3^rd in the 200 as a sophomore and 4^th as a junior … also ran on state placing 4x400 relay teams … named All-City team captain for track & field … ran personal best times of 12.35 in the 100, 24.6 in the 200 and 57.2 in the 400 … a two-year letterwinner in volleyball … member of National Honor Society.  Personal: Born 5/13/99, daughter of Todd and Rita Rolfes.
