2019: Became an NCAA III All-American in her junior season … ran on 4x100 relay team that placed 7^th at NCAA III Outdoor Championships … set the school record in the 4x100 in preliminaries of NCAA III Championships … named to All-Central Region team in the 4x100 relay … earned two All-Conference awards … conference champion in the 4x200 at the American Rivers Indoor Championships … at A-R-C outdoor championships was on 4x100 relay team that finished 3^rd to get another All-Conference honor … scored points in two individual sprint events at conference indoor championships … placed 7^th in the 200 and 8^th in the 60  … made finals of 100 placing 8^th at conference outdoor meet … ran on sprint-medley relay team at Drake Relays that posted second fastest time in school history … won the 200 and finished 2^nd in the 100 a the NWU-Doane dual … named to USTFCCCA All-Academic team.  

2018: Repeated as conference champion in the 4x200 relay at Iowa Conference Indoor Championships … ran on 4x100 relay team that was conference runner-up at IIAC Outdoor Championships to earn a total of two All-Conference awards … a USTFCCCA All-Central Region selection outdoors in the 4x100 … scored points in three events at IIAC indoor meet … was 6^th in the 60 and the 200 to go along with 1^st place 4x200 relay showing … at IIAC Outdoor meet ran the 100 meters and finished 10^th … her time of 7.92 in preliminaries of IIAC indoor meet was second fastest in prelims … won the 60 meters at the Darren Young Indoor Classic and finished 5^th in 200. 

2017: Ran on 4x200 relay team that won the conference championship at the IIAC Indoor championships … also ran the 200 at the IIAC indoor meet and finished 12^th … competed in both the 100 and 200 at IIAC outdoor championships … was 16^th in both races … ran season best times in the 100 and 200 at the NWU-Doane dual … won the 55 and 200 a the NWU Indoor Open. 

Academic: Elementary Education major.  

In High School: A four-year state qualifier in track & field at Papillion-LaVista South HS … ran on Class A State Runner-up 4x100 relay team as a senior in 2016 … placed 7^th in the 4x400 relay … earned five total state medals as part of relay teams … was 4^th in 4x100 in 2015 … placed 8^th in 2014 and 6^th in 2013 in the 4x400 relays … set school record in the 4x100 relay and ranks 3^rd all-time in the 400 (59.5) … also participated in cross country.
