2023: Earned third varsity letter as a junior ... ran the 200 meter, 400 meter, and 4x400 relay during the indoor season ... put up her season best in the 200 meter at the Nebraska Tune Up (Feb. 17) with a time of 26.14 ... placed third in the 400 meter at the American Rivers Conference Indoor Championship, putting up a 58.53 ... in the 4x400 relay, ran a 3:54.99 at the Graduate Classic (Jan. 14) ... during the outdoor season, participated in the 400 meter and 4x400 relay ... at the USD Tune Up (May 5), put up her best time in the 400 meter (59.59) ... placed fourth in the 4x400 relay at the Augie Twilight Qualifier (May 18) with a time of 3:49.05 ... qualified for the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships in the 4x400 relay, running a 3:53.74
2022: All-American as a member of the 4x400 meter relay team that finished sixth at the NCAA Division III Indoor Championships... two-time All-Conference honoree in indoor as members of the 4x400 meter relay team and the distance medley relay team that both finished third at the American Rivers Indoor Championships... took 8th place in her only open 400m race of the season with a time of 1:02.54 at the Fred Beile Classic... ran leg on the 4x400 meter relay team that placed fourth at the American Rivers Conference Outdoor Championships while also competing in the 400-meter dash... had a career-best time of 59.52 in the 400-meter dash to go along with a fourth place finish in the 200-meter dash posting a 26.08 time at the Prairie Wolf Invite (4/28)
2021: Earned All-Conference honors as a freshman being a member of the third place 4x400 meter relay team at the American Rivers Conference Indoor Championships... took 10th in the American Rivers Conference Outdoor Championships 400m with a season best time of 1:00.44... ran in seven indoor meets and six outdoor meets during the 2021 season.
