2021-22: Earned her fourth varsity letter as a senior... consistently led the Prairie Wolves in the pool throughout her senior season... at the American Rivers Conference Invitational, she made the podium in the 100 freestyle, placing second with a 55.96... notched another top-three finish in the 100 backstroke and capped off her individual races swimming to fourth in the 50 freestyle... she swam at the Nebraska-Omaha dual to begin her senior season, where she placed fourth in the 50 freestyle... capped off October by placing second in the 50 freestyle against Luther College... had a dominant performance in the Loras dual winning the 100 freestyle and placing second in the 50 freestyle... at the competitive Grinnell Invitational (1/21-22/22), she swam her way to two eighth place finishes in the 100 backstroke (1:03.84) and the 100 IM (1:07.69).

2020-21: Earned her third varsity letter as a junior... a star as a swimmer for the Prairie Wolves over the past three seasons... placed fifth in both the 50 and 100 freestyle events at the Liberal Arts Championships... added a fifth-place finish to score big points for the Prairie Wolves in the 100 backstroke... she was Nebraska Wesleyan's third leading swimmer at the Liberal Arts meet with 44 individual points, while also contributing to two Prairie Wolf relays (200 medley & 400 freestyle) that combined for 62 team points at the meet... earned six top-three finishes, including one title and four runner-up finishes... her lone victory came in the 100 freestyle in a dual with Loras (2/6/21).

2019-20: Earned Liberal Arts Championships All-Championship team honors in three different events as a sophomore … LAC individual runner-up in the 100 backstroke and finished 3^rd in the 200 backstroke … also earned All-Championships honors for swimming on 400 Free relay team that placed 3^rd … swam on three other relay teams at LAC Championships that all placed 4^th … won the 100 Back at two different events during the year … placed 1^st in 200 Back in triangular with Simpson/Morningside … four times throughout the year swam on 1^st place 200 medley relay team … in dual against Loras placed 1^st in 50 Free and 2^nd in 100 Back … finished 2^nd in the 50 Free at four meets during the year … selected to the American Rivers Conference All-Academic team.  

2018-19: In her first season with the Prairie Wolves set three individual school records and swam on four school record relay teams … named to the All-Championship team at the Liberal Arts Championships in four events to cap off her terrific freshman season … runner-up in the 100 Back and was 3^rd in the 200 Back at the championships … swam on runner-up 200 medley and 3^rd place 200 Free relay teams that also earned All-Championship … placed 4^th in the 50 Free in her other individual event … was on 4^th place 400 medley and 5^th place 400 Free relay teams … earned American Rivers Conference Swimmer of the Week honors twice on Oct. 8 and Jan. 14 … first recognition came after she won four individual events at season opening Luther dual … second honor was in January when she won two individual events and two relays at Midland Invite … won both the 100 Back and 200 Back in dual against Morningside … also a two-time winner taking titles in 50 Free and 100 Back versus Simpson.  

Academic: Biology major.  

In High School: Four-year letterwinner helping Lincoln Southwest HS swimming win three straight Class A State Championships … state runner-up in the 50 Free  as a senior … swam on State Champion 200 Free relay team as a senior that earned All-American status … finished 8^th in the 100 back at state in 2018 … was 7^th in the 100 back at state in her sophomore and junior seasons … three-time HAC Individual Runner-up and eight-time HAC finalist helping the Silverhawks to four team championships … a multiple-time Academic All-State and Academic All-Conference winner … also participated in golf earning Academic All-State honors.  

Personal: Born 12/7/1999, daughter of Rusty and Penny Ford … father Rusty was a letterwinner in men’s golf at Nebraska Wesleyan.
