Adam Zobel begins his first season as an assistant women’s basketball coach at Nebraska Wesleyan University.
Zobel has experienced playing in the Great Plains Athletic Conference with the Dana College men’s basketball program. After Dana College closed in 2010, Zobel attended the University of Nebraska-Omaha. While receiving his degree at UNO, he coached a youth basketball team. Additionally he was a member of the scout team for the University of Nebraska-Omaha women’s basketball team.
As a player at Elmwood-Murdock High School, Adam helped lead his team to a Nebraska State Basketball Championship in 2008.
