2017: Earned a varsity letter in his first season with the Prairie Wolves playing in 31 games … was used as pitcher, played first base and designated hitter … got the start 11 times at first base … in the starting lineup at DH four times … batted .211 with two home runs and four doubles … blasted a 3-run HR to clinch opening series win at Westminster … other HR came in shutout win over Roger Williams in Florida … appeared in nine games on the mound, all as a relief pitcher finishing with a 1-1 record …  was the winning pitcher versus Iowa Wesleyan throwing 2.0 innings.

Academic: Exercise Science major.  

In High School: A two-year letterwinner in baseball at Boylan HS in Illinois … selected to play in the All-Star game … batted above .350 during his junior and senior seasons … named a scholar athlete.

Personal: Born 8/13/96, son of Eric Bruno and Jennifer Cacciapaglia … transferred to NWU after two years at Kirkwood Community College.
