Kelsey Huenink is in her first season working as a volunteer assistant coach for the NWU softball program.
 
Huenink was a standout softball player at Doane College from 2012-15.  She was a two-time All-GPAC performer earning 2^nd-Team All-Conference in 2013 and honorable mention in 2015.  She played both pitcher and first base for the Tigers and earned NAIA All-Nebraska honorable mention in 2013.
 
She graduate from Doane College in 2015 with a bachelor of arts degree in physical education and fitness management.
