2022: Earned a varsity letter during his senior season... competed in 14 meets on the season... participated in the 4x400 meter relay at the American Rivers Indoor Championships (2/25-26) placing fourth... had an eighth place finish in the 400-meter hurdles at the American Rivers Conference Outdoor Championships... had a second place finish in the 400-meter hurdles with a 54.39 time at the Prairie Wolf Invite (4/28).

2021: Earned All-Conference honors as a member of the third place 4x400 meter relay team at the American Rivers Conference Indoor Championships... 4x400 meter relay team also finished in fourth place at the Division III Elite Indoor Championships... started the outdoor season placing second in the 400m hurdles at a dual against Doane... ran a career-best time of 54.11 in the 400m hurdles at the South Dakota Tune-Up... came in fourth in the 200m race running a PR time of 23.71 at the Central Triangular

2020: Placed 11th in the prelims in the 55m hurdles at the American Rivers Conference Indoor Championships... finished seventh in the finals of the 60m hurdles at the Darren Young Classic... 2020 outdoor season not contested due to the Covid-19 Global Health Pandemic.

2019: A two-time All-Conference performer in the multi-events as a freshman with the Prairie Wolves … placed 3^rd at the American Rivers Conference Indoor Championships in the heptathlon … scored 4037 points at the indoor championship to rank 3^rd on the NWU all-time charts … at the A-R-C Outdoor Championships was 3^rd in the decathlon scoring 5325 points to earn All-Conference … won the 400 and was 2^nd in 55 hurdles at NWU Indoor Open … ran on 4x200 relay team that was 2^nd at Darren Young Indoor Invitational.  

Academic: Business Administration and Communication Studies major. 

In High School: A three-time state qualifier for Nebraska State Track Meet … placed 3^rd in the 300 hurdles as a senior at Class B State championships … holds the school record in the 300 hurdles … four-year varsity letterwinner … named school’s athlete of the year … lettered four times in football and three in basketball … helped team to two district football championships … earned Academic All-State honors … member of gold honor roll.
