2023: Outdoor: Earned second All-American of the year by placing seventh as a part of the 4x400 meter relay at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships... Finished 2nd at Outdoor A-R-C Championships in the 400m (48.10)... Indoor: Earned All-American status by placing fifth as a part of the 4x400 meter relay at the NCAA Division III Indoor Championships... Won and set a new school record the 600m at the South Dakota State Indoor Classic (1:19.58).

2022: Outdoor: Earned All-Conference status by placing third as a part of the 4x800 meter relay at the American Rivers Conference Outdoor Championships with a time of 7:37.30... Indoor: fourth place at the American Rivers Conference Indoor Championships as a part of the 4x800 meter relay crossing the line in 7:59.04... placed 3rd in the 800m at the Prairie Wolf Indoor Invitational to start the 2021 indoor season with a time of 1:58.94.

2021: Ran the second leg of the 4x400 meter relay at the Charley Foster Invite as the Prairie Wolf team won the race just one second ahead of Fort Hayes State... Placed second in the 600 yard run at the Charley Foster Invite with a career best time of 1:16.95... crossed the line in second in the 800m at the NWU Triangular with a PR of 1:59.58... Awarded All-Conference honors for getting third place in the 4x400 meter relay at the A-R-C Outdoor Championships... also got fourth place in the 4x800 meter relay at the A-R-C Outdoor Championships... Placed second at the Concordia Invite running a career best 1:58.2 in the 800m... named to the 2021 All-ARC Academic team

2020: Finished in sixth place in the 800 (2:02.75) at the Concordia Classic... established a PR in the 400 meter run with a time of 51.03 at the Prairie Wolf Invitational
