Finished tenth while recording a PR in the 400m at the Loper Invitational (52.37) ... Finished fourth in triple jump at the A-R-C Outdoor Championships (13.92m) ... Finished fourth as a member of the 4x100m relay at the A-R-C Outdoor Championships (41.32) ... Finished first as a member of the 4x100m relay at the USD Invite (41.47) Indoor: Finished fifth at the A-R-C Indoor Championships in triple jump (13.76m) ... Finished seventh at the Concordia Classic in the 200m dash (23.17) 

2023: Outdoors: Had a career-best triple jump of 46-11 (14.30m) at the Augustana Twilight Qualifier...Earned All-Conference honors by finishing 2nd in the triple jump at the A-R-C Outdoor Championships... Indoors: Set a SB in the triple jump of 45-7 1/4 (13.90m) at the A-R-C Indoor Championships.... Also participated in the 60, 100, and 200 meter dash throughout the season.
