2022: Earned a varsity letter for his fourth straight season... competed in 13 total meets on the season... finished fifth in the 60-meter dash with a season best time of 7.19 at the Fred Beile Invite (1/28-29)... took second in the 100-meter dash at Prairie Wolf Invite (4/28) in 10.96 seconds... ran season best time of 11.04 seconds in the 100-meter dash at the American Rivers Conference Outdoor Championships... also ran leg on 4x100 meter relay team at American Rivers Outdoor Championships.

2021: Finished 3rd with the 4x400 meter relay team at the American Rivers Conference Indoor Championships to earn All-Conference honors with a time of 3:20.57... also finished 5th in the 200 at the ARC Indoor Championships... was a part of the 4x400 meter relay team that placed 4th at the Division III Elite Indoor Championships with a season best time of 3:18.80... also placed 5th in the 200m with a time of 22.54 at the Elite Indoor Championship... took the 400 meter title at the NWU Triangular with a time of 51.73... National qualifier as a part of the 4x400 meter relay team that placed 11th  at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships... Earned All-Conference honors by placing 3rd with the 4x400 meter relay team with a run of 3:18.56 at the American Rivers Conference Outdoor Championships... clocked a personal best time of 22.32 in 200m to place 2nd at the Central/Simpson Triangular... had a first place finish in the 200m with a run of 22.25 at the Concordia Invitational

2020: Finished 2nd with the 4x400 meter relay team at the American Rivers Conference Indoor Championships to earn All-Conference honors with a time of 3:21.17... ran a PR time of 22.90 in the 200m at the Concordia Classic... Due to the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the 2020 outdoor season was not contested.

2019: Earned All-Conference honors in his first season with the Prairie Wolves … ran on 4x400 relay team that placed 3^rd at American Rivers Conference Indoor Championships … also on 4x200 relay that was 6^th at indoor meet … competed in two events at A-R-C Outdoor meet … scored points running on 5^th place 4x400 relay … was 11^th in the 400 at conference outdoor meet … placed 2^nd in the 400 at NWU-Doane dual and ran on 2^nd place 4x400 relay  … named to USTFCCCA All-Academic team.

High School: Earned multiple All-State honors in track & field at Millard West HS … placed 6^th in the 400 and ran on 3^rd place 4x400 relay team as a senior at Class A State Track & Field Championships … finished 4^th in the 4x400 as a sophomore and junior … helped the Wildcats win the 2016 Class A Team State Championship … a four-time varsity letterwinner.
