Former Nebraska Wesleyan men’s soccer player Jack Nespor begins his first season as an assistant coach for the Prairie Wolves in 2018.
Nespor was a four-year letterwinner for the Prairie Wolves at goalkeeper from 2015-18. As a senior, he served as team captain and helped NWU advance to the semifinals of the Iowa Conference Postseason Tournament. He was named honorable mention All-IIAC leading the league with five shutouts and tying for conference lead in saves. In addition, he was also selected to the Omaha World Herald All-Nebraska team.
A three-year starter at goalkeeper, Nespor finished his career ranked 5th all-time in shutouts and 7th in saves.
Nespor graduated from NWU with a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration and Sport Management in 2017 and earned his MBA in 2018.
The native of Golden, Colorado is also the goalkeeper coach and youth academy coach for Elite Academy in Lincoln.
