2012: Played in 17 of the 18 total matches in 2012 … was a starter at forward in two of the matches … was fifth on the team in goals scored ... had the team’s lone goal in 1-1 tie at Luther on Sept. 7 … other goal on the year was on Oct. 14 in 2-2 tie versus Central … added an assist in victory over Mount Marty on Oct. 13.

2011: Played in every match of the season for the Prairie Wolves in his first year … started one match at Northwestern on Sept. 21 … scored three goals on the season … first collegiate goal came in win over rival Doane on Oct. 5 … had the game-winning goal at Mount Marty on Oct. 15 … other goal came in loss at Morningside … had 12 total shots on the year.

Academic: Mathematics major. 

In High School: A two-time honorable mention All-State selection in soccer at Lincoln Northeast H.S. … started all four years for the Rockets … a two-time All-Conference selection … also an All-City pick … named team captain twice … led Northeast in goals scored three straight seasons … had 27 career goals and 18 career assists.

Personal: Born 3/13/93…son of Jon and Connie Thorson … brother Kyle Thorson is a freshman on NWU football team.
