2024-25: Had indoor bests of 2:40.64 in 1000m, 4:27.35 in the MILE, and 9:10.48 in 3000m .... Had outdoor bests of 4:13.10 in 1500m .... Placed 13th at Indoor A-R-C Conference Championships, placed 22nd at Outdoor A-R-C Conference Championships 

2024: Participated in all five meets for NWU ... ran a season best  of 27:00.2 at the Dan Huston Invite (Oct. 5), finishing 51st ... at the A-R-C Championship (Nov. 2), placed 110th
