2016: Named 2^nd-Team All-GPAC at catcher starting all 40 games behind the plate … selected 1^st-Team AD3I All-Independent and 1^st-Team All-Nebraska by the World Herald … was second on the team with a .333 batting average and led team with 26 RBI … also had team-high 10 stolen bases … had game-winning RBI in extra innings win over Concordia and Hastings both in 9^th inning … during 6-game hitting streak in GPAC play went 9-19 with a double, triple and four RBI … led team with seven multi-RBI games … was 3-for-3 with four RBI in win over Dakota Wesleyan on Apr. 23 … threw out 9-34 runners attempting to steal … committed only two errors behind the plate … hit a pair of doubles in GPAC Tournament win over DWU on May 5 … earned NAIA Scholar Athlete honors … was on AD3I All-Academic Team and a Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete for second straight year.

2015: An honorable mention All-GPAC selection as a designated player … 2^nd-Team CoSIDA Academic All-American … selected 2^nd-Team All-Independent and honorable mention All-Nebraska … earned AD3I Player of the Week recognition in March for her performance during spring break … finished third on the team with a .319 batting average and 38 hits … had a team-high 11-game hitting streak from March 24-April 3 … put up 19 hits during the streak … led team with 15 stolen bases … played all 41 games, starting 40 of them … got 19 starts in right field, 15 at designated player and six at catcher … went 3-for-4 with four RBI in game against Ozarks on Mar. 25 … perfect 3-for-3 in game versus Hastings on Apr. 3 … CoSIDA Academic All-District … a Pflieger-Olson and AD3I All-Academic selection.

2014: Played in 32 games in her first season of softball … made 20 total starts … started at catcher, second base and 15 games as designated player … had 12 hits on the year with 11 total RBI … opened the year with a hit in four of the first five games … had a key 2-run pinch hit single in opening game at Stephens on March 7 … hit a pinch hit 2-run double in win over Mount Marty on April 12 … finished year with a .190 batting average.  

Academic: An Elementary Education major.  

In High School: Earned three letters in softball at Lincoln Northeast HS … was a multi-sport athlete for the Rockets … lettered in soccer, basketball and track … named Female Athlete of the Year … set several school records in soccer as a goalkeeper … member of honor roll.  

Personal: Born 5/29/95, daughter of Jon and Amy Francis … also a member of NWU women’s soccer team as the goalkeeper … older brother Tyler Francis was a quarterback for NWU from 2012-14.
