Casey McGraw begins his fourth season as an assistant with the Nebraska Wesleyan men’s basketball program. In his three years on the Prairie Wolves staff he helped lead the team to the program’s first NCAA III National Championship, three conference championships and three straight NCAA III Tournament appearances.
McGraw plays a big part in recruiting for the Prairie Wolves program as well as opponent scouting. During his three years at NWU, he has helped the Prairie Wolves to an astounding 82-9 overall record.
He came to NWU from New England College, a NCAA III institution located in Henniker, New Hampshire. He spent one season as an assistant coach at New England College where he assisted with all aspects of the program, focusing on recruiting, player development and strength and conditioning.
He has worked multiple summer basketball camps including Kevin Ollie’s Basketball Camp (University of Connecticut), Paul Culpo’s Basketball Camp (Castleton University, SUNY Albany’s Basketball Camp and Oneonta State’s Basketball Camp.
McGraw played basketball at Castleton University where he served as a team captain and was a member of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee. He graduated in the spring of 2016 with a bachelor of science degree in sports administration and a minor in coaching.
