2013: Played in seven total games getting the start in the first two games of the year at tight end … missed part of the season due to injury … caught passes in two different games … was used in double tight end formations … named a Daktronics/NAIA Scholar Athlete … for second straight year named a Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete.

2012: Earned his first varsity letter as a sophomore … was the No. 2 tight end for the Prairie Wolves … played in all 10 games … appeared in two tight end formations and on the NWU special teams units … caught two passes for 16 yards in homecoming victory over Concordia … an NAIA Scholar Athlete … was a Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete.

Academic: Elementary Education major.

In High School: A two-year letterwinner in football for Doniphan-Trumbull … led the Cardinals to one state playoff appearance … was a four-year three sport athlete … member of National Honor Society.

Personal: Born 4/2/1992, son of Sally Lorence … brother Max Lorence is a junior on the NWU football team … older brother Mitch was a letterwinner in football at NWU from 2006-07.
