Biography

2016: Played in five games to earn his second letter in football … missed time during the middle of the year with injury … ended the season with five total tackles … recovered a fumble in win over Simpson on Oct. 29 … played at cornerback in the NWU secondary … also saw time on multiple special teams units.

2015: Appeared in the last four games of the season to earn his first varsity letter in football … played in the NWU secondary and on special teams … had one tackle on the year … biggest play of the year was a 14-yard punt return to spark a comeback victory over #22 Northwestern.

Academic: Political Science major.  

In High School: A two-year starter and three year letterwinner in football at Bellevue East HS … named All-Metro honorable mention at wide receiver … had 31 catches for 359 yards with four touchdowns … led the Chieftains to a pair of State Playoff appearances … earned varsity letter in track & field … a three-time State Track & Field participant.

Personal: Born 4/15/1996, son of Marol Mamer and Akon Ngong … also a member of the NWU track & field team.
