2012: Played in all 10 games as a junior to earn his third letter … was a backup outside linebacker … also played a key role on the special teams unit … had six total tackles on the year … had two stops in each game against Northwestern and Briar Cliff.

2011: Played in five games as a sophomore … missed the first portion of the season due to injury … made five total tackles on the year … was used as a backup outside linebacker and on the NWU special teams … had a tackle-for-loss in the win over Dordt on Oct. 15.

2010: Earned his first letter by appearing in eight games during his first season of football at NWU … was one of the top NWU special teams players … also used as a backup in the NWU secondary … got his first career interception in the win over Dordt on Sept. 25 … had two tackles against Midland on Nov. 6 … named team’s special team’s player of the week twice for week five and week nine.

In High School: A two-year starter and letterwinner in football at Norris H.S. … named All-State honorable mention as a senior … was All-Sunland First-Team as a senior and Second-Team as a junior … had 64 tackles as a senior … also a letterwinner in wrestling (4) and soccer (4) … named All-Conference in both soccer and wrestling … was Academic All-State for all three sports … also Academic All-Conference … named Team Offensive MVP in football … a member of National Honor Society.
