2014: Played on the junior varsity team.

2013: Appeared in five games for the Prairie Wolves as a senior … was a reserve running back … had his lone carry of the season in final game of the year versus Hastings … also played on special teams … recorded two tackles on special teams.

Academic: Health & Fitness Studies major.

In High School: A four-year starter in football at Parkview Christian HS … named All-State in football as a senior in 2012 … helped lead the Patriots to back-to-back state playoff appearances … was an Academic All-State selection in football, basketball and track … qualified for the state track meet in three straight years … was honorable mention All-State in basketball.

Personal: Born 9/14/1994, son of Jesse and Laurie Polivka … brother Trevor Polivka is a freshman on the NWU football team.
