2017: Played nine games as a junior along the defensive line … opened the year with season-high four total tackles versus Concordia College (Minn.) … was credited with a pass breakup against nationally-ranked Wartburg … had solo stops in three other games.

2016: Appeared in six games for the Prairie Wolves defense to earn his first varsity letter in football … was a reserve along the NWU defensive line … registered four total tackles on the year … had two tackles in road win at Simpson on Oct. 29 … also made tackles versus Coe and Dubuque … named to the IIAC All-Academic Team.  

Academic: Business Administration major.

In High School: A three-year letterwinner and two year starter in football at Waverly HS … a Class B honorable mention All-State selection … a two-time All-Conference pick … also made the All-District team … chosen as alternate for the Shrine Bowl … made 43 tackles during his senior season … lettered three years in basketball and four years in track & field … was the conference champion in the shot put … an Academic All-State honoree … also Academic All-Conference … member of National Honor Society.

Personal: Born 1/26/97, son of Jim and Becky McGill … older brother Brandon McGill was a linebacker for NWU from 2012-15.
