2015: As a junior, started every game along the offensive line … started at right tackle in all 10 games … has now started 20 consecutive games on the offensive line … part of NWU line that ranked 5^th in the GPAC in sacks allowed per game … named a Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete.

2014: Started all ten games on the offensive line as a sophomore … was the starting right tackle for the Prairie Wolves … one of two offensive lineman to start every game in 2014 … key part of protection that allowed NWU passing game to set school records for yards and completions.

2013: Made his way onto the field at the end of the season as a reserve offensive lineman … appeared in six games as a freshman to earn a varsity letter … played as a backup offensive tackle and was used as an extra offensive lineman in formations … also played some tight end as a blocker.

Academic: Business Administration major.

In High School: A Class C-1 First-Team All-State selection by the Journal Star, World Herald and Huskerland Prep … selected to play in the inaugural Northeast NE All-Star Football Classic … led Norfolk Catholic to a 50-2 overall record during his career … his Knights won C-1 State Championship final three years of career … blocked three extra points as a senior … lettered four times in track & field … was a state qualifier in track … also lettered in both basketball and wrestling … was a member of National Honor Society.

Personal: Born 8/11/1994, son of Ted and Becky McCarthy … also a member of NWU track & field team.
