2016: Started every game at safety for the Prairie Wolves as a junior … finished the year third on the team in tackles … ranked 19^th in the IIAC in tackles per game … forced two fumbles from the secondary to rank 5^th in the conference in that category … most productive game came against Central College on Oct. 15 … made a career-high 16 tackles (12 solo) with 1.5 tackles for loss and a forced fumble … also forced a fumble in win over Simpson … made nine solo tackles at Buena Vista … had eight tackles in two games … recovered a fumble in IIAC opener versus Wartburg … also served as team’s punt returner making eight returns … had season-long 16-yard return versus Central.

2015: Had a breakout season in the NWU secondary … was fourth on the team in total tackles despite playing only eight games … led the team with seven pass breakups and three interceptions … started four games at safety … ranked 6^th in the GPAC in tackles per game with 8.2 … had season-high 15 tackles and an interception in win over Dordt on Oct. 17 … had 10 tackles against Midland … picked off a pass with three breakups in upset win over Friends … also had an interception with two pass breakups in upset of Northwestern … was named a Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete.   

Academic: Accounting major.

In High School: An honorable mention All-State selection as a defensive back at Beatrice HS … received honorable mention All-District and All-Conference recognition … also All-State and All-District as a junior … had 63 tackles with four interceptions and three forced fumbles in his senior season … led the Orangemen to three State Playoff appearances … had 65 tackles with four interceptions as a junior … also played baseball and basketball earning All-Conference in baseball … a two-time Academic All-State selection and 3-time Academic All-Conference in football … totaled six Academic All-State and nine Academic All-Conference awards.
