Paul Harris returns to the Nebraska Wesleyan football program for his second stint as an assistant coach. Harris will coach the defensive line in 2016.
Harris spent 10 years at Nebraska Wesleyan from 1995-2004 as an assistant coach for the NWU defensive line. He joined the NWU coaching staff after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in physical education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1993. The Waterbury, Conn., native spent three years in the UNL football program.
In 1991, he was an undergraduate assistant coach working with the defensive secondary. For the 1992 and 1993 seasons, Harris was a student worker, assisting the Cornhusker coaching staff with film breakdown and scouting.
Harris and his wife, Nichole, have a son Christian and a daughter, Reagan.
