Biography

2016: Started every game at wide receiver as a junior … was third on the team in receptions and receiving yards … made 20 catches for 204 yards … caught season-best six passes for 76 yards with a touchdown in homecoming game versus Coe … made a career-long 43-yard reception at Luther College … had at least one reception in each of the final eight games of the year … also played on the NWU special teams units … named to the IIAC All-Academic Team.

2015: Broke into the NWU wide receiver rotation to earn his first varsity letter as a sophomore … played in all 10 games and got the start against Dakota Wesleyan … caught a pass in six different games … recorded his first career TD reception on a 32-yard WR double pass in win over Dordt … caught season-high three passes for 36 yards versus Doane College … selected a Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete.  

Academic: Accounting major.

In High School: A two-year starter in football at Millard West HS … named honorable mention All-District at wide receiver … helped the Wildcats to three State Playoff appearances, including one semifinal appearance … also lettered three times in track & field.

Personal: Born 5/12/96, son of Kahn and Jenni Darner.
