2015: Started 30 games and played in 33 for NWU as a junior … started games at five different positions in the field … made 23 starts in right field … ended the season with hits in seven of the last eight games to raise his average to .237 … hit his first career home run at Briar Cliff on April 12 … went 3-for-4 with an RBI and a stolen base against Sterling on March 17.

2014: Returned from injury to play in 17 total games for the Prairie Wolves … started seven games on the year … was a starter at third base, designated hitter and in the outfield … had hard luck at the plate going just 2-for-30 for the season … first hit of the year was a triple against Dakota Wesleyan.

2013: Missed the entire season due to injury.

2012: Came off the bench to appear in eight total games in his first season … did make one start at first base … was used as a pinch hitter in four games … got his first collegiate hit against Dordt on Apr. 13.

Academic: Accounting Major.

In High School: Was a two-year letterwinner in baseball at Bellevue West High School … was All-State honorable mention in baseball with the Thunderbirds … selected to the Collin Orcutt All-Star team … played first base/third base and pitcher … played in the 2010 State Legion Tournament … was a member of the honor roll.

Personal: Born 9/14/93, son of John and Danette Babic … older brother John was a member of NWU baseball team from 2013-15.
