2013: Started all 10 games at quarterback and earned honorable mention All-GPAC for second consecutive season … set a school record with 191 completions on the season throwing for 2,016 yards to rank sixth all-time at NWU … honorable mention All-Nebraska selection … tied his own school record with 28 completions against Midland on Nov. 9, throwing for 359 yards which was highest total for NWU QB since 2001 … had two TD passes and 311 yards in comeback win over Doane including game-winning TD pass to Connor Zumpfe in final two minutes … was fourth in the GPAC in passing … threw career-high four TD passes in season finale versus Hastings … completed over 70 percent of his passes against both Briar Cliff and Dordt.

2012: Took over as the starting quarterback in the sixth game of the year and went 5-0 as a starter … named honorable mention All-GPAC … finished second in the GPAC completing 59.3 percent of his passes … saw action in eight total games leading the team with 1,245 passing yards … tied a school record with 28 completions in homecoming win over Concordia … was 28-36 for 256 yards with a touchdown … led NWU in comeback attempt against Northwestern going 19-38 with a rushing touchdown … went 17-24 for 197 yards with season-high three TDs against Briar Cliff … also ran for a score against the Chargers … finished 8^th in the GPAC in total offense per game at 153.8 ypg.

Academic: Elementary/Special Education major.

In High School: A three-year starter at Lincoln Northeast … was honorable mention All-State at quarterback for the Rockets … named All-Conference … helped Lincoln Northeast to two State playoff appearances … also lettered three times in baseball and twice in basketball.

Personal: Born 8/22/1992, son of Jon and Amy Francis … transferred to NWU from Peru State … threw for 1,567 yards at Peru State as a freshman … sister Madi is a sophomore member of NWU softball & soccer teams.
