2019: A two-time All-Conference performer in the throws as a junior … placed 3^rd in the weight throw at the American Rivers Indoor Championships … had a personal mark of 55-6.5 in the event to move up to 5^th on NWU all-time charts … finished 3^rd in the discus at the A-R-C Outdoor Championships to earn his other All-Conference award … scored points in the hammer throw placing 8^th … moved into the top ten charts in both the discus and the hammer throw … won the hammer at the Central/Simpson Tri-Meet with toss of 165-5 to rank 5^th all-time … named USTFCCCA All-Central Region in the discus … earned American Rivers All-Academic team honors … also selected to USTFCCCA All-Academic team.

2018: Scored points in the discus at the IIAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships … finished 7^th in the discus with a toss of 146-4 at IIAC outdoor meet … competed at the IIAC indoor championships in the weight throw … was 13^th in the event … moved up to 8^th on the NWU indoor all-time charts in the weight throw with a mark of 52-2.5 at the Darren Young Indoor Classic … won the weight throw at the NWU Indoor Open … named to IIAC All-Academic team.

2017: Competed at the 2017 IIAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the discus … finished 9^th in the event to just miss out on getting in the top eight to score team points … season-best mark in the discus was 148-1 at the NWU-Doane dual where he placed 4^th … also had a season-best mark in the shot put at the NWU-Doane dual … took part in five indoor competitions … ended the year putting up season best marks in both the shot put and weight throw at the NWU Indoor Open … named to IIAC All-Academic team.

Academic: Physics and Mathematics major.

In High School: A four-year letterwinner in track & field at Deshler HS … placed 18^th in the discus at the 2015 Class D Nebraska State Track Meet … had a season-best mark of 150-0 in the discus … named All-State football … selected to play in the Southeast Nebraska All-Star basketball game … named Academic All-State.
