2018: Won two NCAA III National Championships and was a four-time NCAA III All-American during her fantastic junior season … was anchor leg of indoor 4x400 relay national champion team … ran second leg of outdoor title team … national runner-up in the 400 at NCAA III Indoor Championships … placed 3rd in 400 at NCAA III Outdoor Championships … the USTFCCCA Central Region Outdoor Track Athlete of the Year … a 1st-Team CoSIDA Academic All-American … two-time conference champion at IIAC Outdoor meet winning the 400 meters and 4x400 … placed 2nd in 200 for third All-Conference honor outdoors … indoors was IIAC Champion in the 4x200 relay and placed 2nd in 400 … picked up five All-Conference honors … indoor was All-Central Region in 400 and 4x400 … three-time All-Central Region winner outdoor getting honor for 200, 400, 4x400 … set the school record indoor 400 with time of 55.19 at NCAA III Championships … part of school record 4x200 team at Drake Relays that ran 1:40.40 … now holds five school records … named IIAC Track Athlete of Week three times … twice for 4x400 relay team and another time outdoors on May 6 … selected to both USTFCCCA All-Academic team and IIAC All-Academic team.

2017: Added two more NCAA III National Championships to her resume running on the 4x400 relay team that won both the Indoor and Outdoor National title … placed 3rd in the 400 meters at the NCAA III Outdoor Championships to earn another All-American honor … named a CoSIDA 2nd-Team Academic All-American … was the IIAC Champion in the 400 meters at outdoor championships … also ran on 4x400 IIAC winning team … at IIAC indoor championships ran on winning 4x400 and 4x200 relay teams … placed third in the 400 at IIAC indoor championships … picked up five All-IIAC honors … named IIAC Track Athlete of the Week on May 8 … set the school record in the outdoor 400 meters when she won the IIAC Outdoor meet in a time of 54.74 … also part of 4x400 indoor school record setting team to give her three overall school records … was USTFCCCA All-Central Region in the 400 and 4x400 during indoor and outdoor seasons … earned CoSIDA Academic All-District VII … selected to the USTFCCCA All-Academic team … also on IIAC All-Academic team.

2016: Became a NCAA III National Champion running opening leg on the 4x400 relay team at DIII Outdoor Championships … set the school record with the fourth fastest time in NCAA III history in the 4x400 … also qualified for the NCAA III Championships in the 400 and placed 20th … earned four All-Conference honors as a freshman … at GPAC Outdoor Championships ran on 1st place 4x400 relay team and placed 4th in the 400 meters … also was GPAC Champion in 4x400 at Indoor meet … finished as GPAC runner-up in the 400 with a time of 57.44 for 4th fastest time in school history … part of 4x400 team that placed 2nd at Drake Relays … placed 6th overall in the 400 at the Kansas Relays … a USTFCCCA All-Academic selection.

Academic: Exercise Science major.  

In High School: Won the 4x400 relay All-Class Gold in back-to-back years at the Nebraska State Track Meet … a six-time All-State performer in track at Millard North HS … won the Class A 4x400 relay state title in 2014 and 2015 … state runner-up in the 400 in 2014 … placed 7th in the 400 in 2013 and 14th in 2015 … ran on 4x100 relay that placed 5th in 2013, 8th in 2015 and 9th in 2014 … ran personal best time of 26.66 in the 200 and 58.13 in the 400 … Academic All-State selection … Metro Conference All-Academic Track & Field Team … named to metro scholar athlete honor roll.  

Personal: Born 7/17/96, daughter of Jeff and Diane Jones … twin sister Kaylee is also member of NWU track & field team.
