2018: Won two NCAA III National Championships as a member of 4x400 relay team … earned All-American honors at indoor and outdoor national meets … ran the opening leg of the relay team at both events … named IIAC Track Athlete of Week as part of the relay team during the indoor and outdoor season … at IIAC Outdoor Championships ran on 4x100 relay that placed 2^nd to earn All-Conference honors … just missed two other All-Conference honors by finishing 4^th in the 200 and 400 … time of 57.66 in 400 at IIAC meet ranks her 10^th all-time and her 200 time of 25.23 is 8th … during indoor season was All-Conference at IIAC Championships finishing runner-up in the 4x400 relay … placed 4^th in the 400 meters … her indoor time in the 400 of 58.83 at Nebraska Tune Up moved her to 7^th all-time … competed in pentathlon at Concordia Classic scoring 2,739 points for 3^rd all-time … earned three All-Central Region honors with two for 4x400 and one in 4x100 … her 4x400 relay teams rank second on NWU all-time charts … named to USTFCCCA All-Academic team … also named to IIAC All-Academic team.

2017: Became a multi-event athlete for the Prairie Wolves as a sophomore … finished 7^th in the heptathlon at the IIAC Outdoor Championships … scored 3,506 points to rank 10^th on the all-time charts … placed 8^th in the pentathlon at the IIAC Indoor Championships with 2,628 points … ranks 4^th on all-time charts in pentathlon … ran a new career best time of 59.78 at the Wartburg Indoor Qualifier … was on the winning 4x200 relay team at the Darren Young Classic … selected to USTFCCCA All-Academic team … also named to IIAC All-Academic team.

2016: An All-American in her first season with the Prairie Wolves … ran on the 4x400 relay team that placed 6^th at the NCAA III Indoor Track & Field Championships … qualified for the GPAC Outdoor Championships in two different events … earned her first All-Conference honor with an 8^th place finish in the 400 meters … ran season-best time of 60.7 in the 400 at GPAC … placed 17^th in the 200 meters … was the individual winner in the 400 meters at NWU Indoor Invitational … moved to 7^th on all-time charts in 600 meters with time of 1:40.84 at Prairie Wolf Invite … selected to USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.

Academic: Exercise Science major.  

In High School: Twice won the All-Class Gold in the 4x400 relay at the Nebraska State Track Championships at Millard North HS … won Class A state title in 4x400 in 2014 and 2015 … placed 6^th in the 4x800 at 2013 state track meet … ran personal best times of 26.78 in the 200 and 60.35 in the 400 … also lettered in volleyball and participated in basketball … a Runza Student Athlete of the Week … member of National Honor Society.
