Lincoln, NE - After posting impressive performances in back to back road matches, Nebraska Wesleyan returns to Lincoln to host #24 Loras College.

Nebraska Wesleyan will host Loras at Abel Stadium, on Saturday, September 27th, with kick off set for 5:00 p.m. Nebraska Wesleyan will live stream the game and carry live stats.

A LOOK AT NEBRASKA WESLEYAN
The Prairie Wolves delivered two strong performances during the back half of their recent three game road trip. The first was a dominant 7-1 win over Cornell College, before earning a 1-1 draw with Gustavus Adolphus. NWU enters this week having scored 18 goals, at a 2.25 clip per match. Nebraska Wesleyan has generated 111 shots, with 67 being shots on goal. So far, Averie Hike has been Nebraska Wesleyan's leading weapon on offense, scoring six goals, while adding three assists to hold a team best 15 points. Freshman Emily Abeyta has burst onto the scene with four goals, one assist and nine points. Defensively, the Black and Gold allow 1.88 goals per game. Goalie Jena Schultz leads the team in saves with 37.

Head Coach Robert Lynch is in his first year as the head coach at Nebraska Wesleyan, he holds an 2-3-3 record. 

CONFERENCE OPENER
Since joining the American Rivers Conference, Nebraska Wesleyan has posted a 2-6-1 record in conference openers. The Prairie Wolves and Duhawks will meet in the A-R-C opener for the fifth time on Saturday. 

NEBRASKA WESLEYAN WOMEN'S SOCCER TRADITION
Since the program's inception in 1993, Nebraska Wesleyan has won seven conference championships and holds an all-time record of 299-249-38.

SCOUTING LORAS COLLEGE
Loras enters Saturday with an undefeated 6-0-1 record. The Duhawks defeated Marian University in their last match by a score of 4-0. The Duhawks have scored an average of 2.29 goals per game on 74 shots on goal. Defensively, Loras allows 0.14 goals per game. Loras is led by Matt Pucci, in his 10th season.

SERIES HISTORY AGAINST LORAS COLLEGE
Saturday will mark the 11th meeting between Nebraska Wesleyan and Loras. Loras leads the series 10-0.
