Men’s and Women’s Swimming Earn CSCAA Scholar All-America Honors

LINCOLN, Neb. – Nebraska Wesleyan men's and women's swimming teams have been named CSCAA Scholar All-America Teams for their academic performance during the 2024 semester.

The Prairie Wolves were among 781 teams nationwide to earn the honor, which requires a minimum 3.0 team GPA. NWU's women's team posted a 3.46 GPA, while the men's team recorded a 3.41 GPA.

Head Coach Kyle Hunt, in his fifth season leading the program. His Prairie Wolves have earned this honor every semester for the past ten years. 

The American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) was one of 19 conferences to have 100% of its men's and women's teams earn Scholar All-America status.

Founded in 1922, the CSCAA is the oldest organization of college coaches in the nation. Its mission is to advance swimming and diving through leadership, advocacy, and professional development.

The Prairie Wolves return to action on February 20th at the A-R-C Championships in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Competition begins Thursday, February 20, at 10 a.m.
