LINCOLN, Neb. – The Nebraska Wesleyan football program is celebrating another impressive academic milestone as eight Prairie Wolves have been named to the 2024 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Football Team.
This year's honorees include senior linebacker Jacob Leu, junior guard Owen Anthony, sophomore punter Ryan Stortenbecker, senior wide receiver Cole Siems, senior linebacker Tony Militti, junior linebacker Jian Aguilar, sophomore wide receiver Corbin Horner, and senior wide receiver Tanner Johnson.
Leu, Anthony, Siems, and Johnson are repeat selections, having earned Academic All-District recognition in 2023. Stortenbecker, Militi, Aguilar, and Horner make their debut on the prestigious list.
The CSC Academic All-District program honors student-athletes across all NCAA divisions and the NAIA for their combined achievements on the field and in the classroom. Honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot, with national selections set to be announced later this month.
