LINCOLN, Neb. - Following a season opening 19-7 win over Austin College, Nebraska Wesleyan returns home to take on Mayville State on Senior Day.

Brian Keller is in his 28th season as the head coach at Nebraska Wesleyan. He has compiled a record of 126-128. 
Rocky Larson is in his fourth season as the head coach at Mayville State. He has compiled a record of 7-26. 

WHEN NEBRASKA WESLEYAN HAS THE BALL
In the season opening win over Austin College, quarterback Carter Terry completed 22 of 31 passes for 217 yards and one touchdown. The receiver who caught the touchdown pass was Jaheim Felder. Felder hauled in four receptions in the win and led the team with 65 receiving yards. In the ground game, Trystin Myers ran for 72 yards and led the team in rushing, while Nathan Athouris and Kevin Starnes both scored rushing touchdowns. 

WHEN NEBRASKA WESLEYAN IS ON DEFENSE
After holding Austin College to just one touchdown a week ago, the Nebraska Wesleyan defense looks to continue playing dominant football. Chevalier Curry leads the team in total tackles with seven. He had one solo tackle and assisted on six others during the win. Zach Busmente and Terrell Davis are both tied for the team lead in solo tackles with four. 

NEBRASKA WESLEYAN KICKING GAME
Jacob Martinez will be the starting long snapper. Jahrran Paces will be the holder. Henry Walter will be the starting kicker. He is yet to attempt a field goal this season and is 1-3 on PATs. Max Brinker will punt. In the win over Austin College, Brinker punted four times with a long of 42 yards and an average of 33.8 yards per punt. Victor Guzman will return punts and Anthony Carpenter will return kick offs. 

WHEN MAYVILLE STATE HAS THE BALL
Quarterback Tim Salmon has completed 37- 73 passes for 365 yards and two touchdowns. He has also thrown two interceptions. Xyler Carlson leads the team in receptions with nine, and receiving yards with 81. Daniel Nevil has rushed for 34 yards on 22 attempts to lead the team in rushing. 

WHEN MAYVILLE STATE IS ON DEFENSE
Anthony Johnson and Kaden Johnson are tied for the team lead in tackles with 12. Anthony Johnson also leads the team in interceptions with two. 

MAYVILLE STATE KICKING GAME
Ethan Schnerch will be the starting long snapper. Aiden Marcussen will be the holder. Braeden Lacombe will be the starting kicker. He has made his only field goal attempt of the season. Kaden Johnson will punt. This season, Johnson has punted eight times with a long of 43 yards and an average of 33.25 yards per punt. Danzele Navy will return punts and Javeion Davison will return kicks.
