NAPERVILLE, Ill. – Isabel Dradoo scored the game-winning goal with just under eight minutes left in the match to give the Nebraska Wesleyan women's soccer team a 3-2 road victory at North Central College late Saturday night (Sept. 15) in Naperville, Illinois.

The match was close throughout including a 1-1 tie at halftime.
Suzie McDonald got the scoring started for the Prairie Wolves in the 24
th minute with the initial goal of the game. McDonald found the upper corner of the net off an assist from
Olivia Munroe. North Central was able to tie the match at 1-1 in the 30
th minute as Allyson Viederis scored off a corner kick.
In the second half, the Prairie Wolves took the lead back in the 58
th minute as
Hannah Rhodes made a penalty kick. Once again, NCC responded as Bri McAloon scored off a rebound in the 76
th minute making it a 2-2 match.
That would set up the eventual game-winning score from Dragoo giving the Prairie Wolves their fifth win of the season.
North Central outshot NWU 14-8, but seven of the eight Prairie Wolves shots were on goal.
Sarah Scholl posted the win at goalkeeper for NWU with five saves.
The Prairie Wolves have little time to celebrate as they are right back in action on Sunday afternoon at Augustana.
